Photography - a hobby to share
This will never be more than a hobby for me. At this point in life, there aren't enough hours in the day to make it more than that, and I'm unlikely to ever have the confidence to charge for my services. That sounds negative, but the massive positive is that it allows me to offer my skills for free around my local community.
I have a nice camera, a selection of lenses and enough card space to take plenty of images. I'm able to edit them on my computer to get the best out of the photos I take. This means I can (generally) capture a reasonable number of good images, each time I go out, something I couldn't have consistently said over the years.
I live in Redcar, close to the beach, and so wandering down to capture the views, people and animals at the end of the road is a natural thing to do.
I'm happy shooting on the beach, at sports events and out and about. I enjoy taking photos of people and animals much more than landscapes, and I'm happy to do what I do for free if it helps you, our community.
